Associate Engagement Manager(s) needed to work in Richardson, Texas and various and unanticipated locations throughout the U.S., to contribute to IT competitor analysis and prospect identification; provide ground intelligence to pursuit teams, as well as account context and client introductions required for opening diverse service offerings in account(s); prepare growth plans for own account(s) and portfolio(s); work with multiple functions on proposal development and arrive at the win-price; support team in proposal and contract negotiations and lead negotiations as required; identify buyers and other key stakeholders in client organizations, anchor meetings and close any opportunities generated; follow-up with clients for sign-offs, payments, engagement reviews and feedback; resolve customer complaints related to project delivery and coordinate with delivery teams for the same; work with internal teams and client stakeholders to identify and roll-out events of mutual benefit. Must have a Master's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Mathematics, Business Administration or related field, plus one (1) year of IT experience as Associate Manager, Sr Program Manager, Business Manager, Sales Engineer or a related position. The one (1) year of IT experience must include experience in the IT field in devising solutions for IT Outsourcing engagements; determining cost and revenue drivers for an IT organization; preparing and reviewing Statements of Work; preparing and responding to RFIs and RFPs; preparing outsourcing solutions in terms of pricing and profit margins; must also have minimum of six (6) months in business case creation, presentations. The occupations of the two (2) team members to be supervised by the Associate Engagement Manager are: 1) Business Development Executive, and 1) Business Development Associate. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Mathematics, Business Administration or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive IT experience. One (1) year of the five (5) years of progressive IT experience must include experience in devising solutions for IT Outsourcing engagements; determining cost and revenue drivers for an IT organization; preparing and reviewing Statements of Work; preparing and responding to RFIs and RFPs; preparing outsourcing solutions in terms of pricing and profit margins; must also have minimum of six (6) months in business case creation, presentations. Travel required. Must be willing to work anywhere in the U.S. as the position may involve relocation to various and unanticipated client site locations; any relocation to be paid by employer pursuant to internal policy. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
