Guardian Network Solutions (GNS) is hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives B2B with great growth potential. We're looking for self-starters to be on the ground floor of establishing and driving our Mid-Market - Outside Sales launch in 2019!
What will you be doing for GNS?
This is a Monday-Friday Full-Time position with a growing organization. You will be calling on small and medium-sized businesses to acquire new business. This is a highly visible position with our organization that must enjoy the hunt by cold-calling, networking, prospecting, and tracking information within.

Compensation $50,000 Annually (draw against commission)

Essential Job Functions:
Develop new business opportunities and manage existing ones
Meet established sales goals
Use strategic analysis to determine solution
Identify customer needs
Relationship development with decision makers
Develop working knowledge of our product lines
Provide excellent follow up and follow through
Use CRM to report all sales activities
Master internal and cross-functional communication
3 years business to business sales (preferably in the IT industry - network security, but not required)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong, enthusiastic, and positive attitude - must be a self-starter
Travel within geographical territory and work independently
