As part of their aggressive growth strategy across the Americas, the business is investing heavily in recruiting top talent.
They have identified the need to fill a new position and bring in a Life Cycle Account Manager.
You will have a solid background and understanding in Automation and likely have an engineering background; technical understanding or technical qualification/training.
You will have worked with engineering plants and helped them with maintenance/service and upgrade contracts.
In this role you may identify opportunities and support the client with upgrades such as Cybersecurity; Alarm upgrades; VPS remote and other ancillary services.
A true relationship-builder, you will have a solid understanding of life cycle contracts and great network of plant-level contacts.
This role will suit someone who is more a 'farmer' than a 'hunter'.
You will be the second man through the door who supports the Account Manager/ Business Development team and consults the client on other services/ options you can offer them on an ongoing basis.
This opportunity will suit someone who has a strong blend of technical and commercial acumen and likes roles that allow them to use both skill-sets.
